We are on Etna (Sicily) in the heart of the famous pistachio farms of Bronte.
On the slopes of the volcano (about 700mt) it grows what the locals call "Oro Verde" the Green Gold. Pistacchio di Bronte D.O.P. has been growing on Etna since thousands of years and it is world famous for its unique taste.
The Pistachio Creme is perfect to be spread on bread, croissants, crepes, cakes, ice-cream and so on. Like Nutella, just made of pistacchio.
I sometimes even eat it just with the spoon because it is simply so tasty.
