This natural wine is made from Ribolla Gialla vines; in average 50 years old. By practicing skin maceration, Antico Broilo took up the challenge of making Ribolla Gialla an elegant wine, silky on the palate, countering its reputation as a simple grape variety, with expressive acidity and tannins.
Perfect match with a crustacean-based dishes at home we drink it around 12-14 degrees.
