This 100% Greco di Tufo natural white wine.
It is yellow tending to orange but with closed eyes it is a red (disguised as white). Macerated gently for 7 days, aged in amphora and wood.
At home we like to drink it at 10-12° C.
Complex on the nose with hints of apricot, cherry and anise. Deep yellow, fresh and with tannins structured. Wine for the every meal.
