Pressing with manual opened press after maceration of 5 days, without any control of the temperature. 20% of grapes ferments as whole bunch in infusion. Aged in amphora and fiberglass for 8 months and then in bottle.
At home we like to drink it at 14-16° C.
Peppery on the nose with hints of small red fruits and white flowers. Brilliant and bright to the eye, deep and delicately tannic. Wine for every part of the meal.
