100% Fiano grape natural wine. 5 days maceration, spontaneous fermentation without control of temperature. Aged in amphora for 8 months and then bottled, no filtering or fining, and minimal sulfur added (if necessary). At home we like to drink it at 10-12° C.
At the nose is complex with soft hints of fruit, flowers and laurel. Round and full-bodied, deep and delicately tannic. Extremely versatile wine for any food.
